Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of ajcentrone.com (the "Site"), run by AJ Centrone ("we," "us," or "our") in St. Petersburg, Florida. By using the Site or sending us a message, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit our contact form. By using the Site, you confirm that you are.

2. Information only

The Site shares information about our background, services, and past work. It is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Results and examples on the Site come from specific clients and situations. Past results do not promise future results, and your results may be different.

3. Our contact form

When you send us a message, you agree that:

  • The information you give us is true and correct.
  • The phone number you give us is yours, or you have permission to use it.
  • Sending a message does not create a client relationship. A client relationship starts only when we both sign a written agreement.

4. Calls and text messages

If you check the consent box on our form, you give your prior express written consent to get calls and text messages from AJ Centrone at the phone number you gave us. This includes marketing messages and messages sent using automated technology. Checking the box counts as your electronic signature.

  • Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email aj@fullform.agency.
  • We will not send marketing texts before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in your local time.
  • If you change or give up your phone number, please tell us or reply STOP so we do not text the new owner.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Content and trademarks

The text, design, and other content on the Site belong to us, unless noted. You may view and share pages for personal or business reference. You may not copy, sell, or reuse our content without our written permission.

Client names and logos on the Site belong to their owners. We show them only to describe work we have done. Showing them does not mean those companies endorse us.

6. Rules for using the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for anything illegal
  • Send spam, false information, or harmful code through our form
  • Try to hack, overload, or disrupt the Site
  • Collect data from the Site with bots or scrapers

7. Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as our companies and our clients. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for them.

8. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about the Site. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or secure.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, that come from your use of the Site. If we are found liable for anything related to the Site, our total liability will not be more than $100. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

10. Your responsibility

You agree to protect and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) that come from your misuse of the Site or your breaking of these Terms.

11. Florida law and where disputes are handled

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Site or these Terms will be handled only in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent the law allows, you and we each give up the right to a jury trial.

12. Other terms

  • If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, we have not given up our right to enforce it later.
  • These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the Site.
  • We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Using the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
