This Privacy Policy explains how AJ Centrone ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit ajcentrone.com (the "Site"), fill out our contact form, or get calls, texts, or emails from us. We are based in St. Petersburg, Florida. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. We use this data to run and secure the Site.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on the Site. The Site saves your light or dark mode choice in your browser's local storage. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that help us send messages on our behalf. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

Some states, including Florida, give residents extra privacy rights in certain cases. If a privacy law applies to you, we will honor your request as that law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

8. Children

The Site is meant for adults who run or work at a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as our companies and our clients. We are not responsible for how those websites handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not track you across other websites, so it does not change how it works when it gets this signal.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make a big change to how we use your phone number or text consent, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
